Project Constists of Construction of Ramp and Cut & Cover and other Civil Works in Sarita Vihar Depot for Augmentation of Sarita Vihar Depot for Delhi MRTS Phase-IV Project under our YFC-CONSTRUCTIVE ”JV”\u00a0<\/p>

The scope of project is to Provide for maintenance facilities for the Vehicles on upcoming Tughlakhabad \u2013 Aerocity Corridor and Lajpat Nagar \u2013 Saket G Block Corridor and expansion of Depot cum workshop at Sarita Vihar. The civil work including Depot development works is to be undertaken in this contract consists of construction of Ramp, Demolition and restoration of Blower Room, Civil works for Shifting of ETP, Road Works, Railing Works etc. including all the Design of temporary works to be undertaken by a designer under arrangement of contractor including.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

CIVIL & ELECTRICAL WORKS NCRTC RRTS<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The project Consists of Execution of Civil & Electrical works required at pre construction stage along RRTS alignment from Shatabdi Nagar Ramp (Ch. 64100) to Modipuram (including Depot (Ch. 82500)) for Delhi – Meerut RRTS Corridor<\/p>

The scope of work includes execution of civil and electrical works required along the part of the proposed Delhi- Ghaziabad-Meerut corridor from Shatabdi Nagar Ramp to Modipuram (including Depot). The work includes construction of buildings- permanent\/ semi-permanent, temporary, sheds, relocation, additions\/ alteration, repair, shifting and\/ or diversion of bulk services, water supply, sewerage, shifting of manholes, construction of RCC, CC, brick work foundation\/ footings, M.S. framed structure, fabrication work with solid\/ hollow sections, roofing, external walls, internal partition wall, flooring, false ceiling, finishing, water supply, sanitary, drainage, fittings & fixtures, service connections, construction\/ repair of road, construction\/ repair of foot path, filling of pot holes, path & development works, dismantling of temporary\/ permanent \/ semi-permanent structures , road , footpath etc., safety related items of work, barbed wire fencing and any other civil & electrical work of DSR 2018.
The work shall be executed in a phased manner, as per availability of site, clearances\/ permissions from statutory\/ owning authorities. The site will be made available by NCRTC. Work is of intermittent natures and may be required to be executed in piecemeal as per requirement in respective sections. Under this contract, separate work orders will be issued for each specified work under Agreement. No work shall be commenced until the relevant work order has been signed and issued by the competent authority. Work shall be carried out as per Employer\u2019s Requirement, latest edition of CPWD specifications (with up to date correction slips) and as per direction of engineer -in -charge.<\/p>

RAIN WATER GUTTER AND OTHER O&M WORKS AT DMRC METRO STATIONS<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The project consists of Replacement of corroded\/ damaged gutters, station roof sheets, down take pipes, strengthening of louvers and painting of louvers and Mild Steel frame of view cutter from Lajpat Nagar to Badarpur Metro Station in Line-6<\/p>

The Brief scope of work is mentioned in BOQ and as per site requirement.
The work under this contract shall consist of, but not limited to, all materials, labour, Equipment\u2019s, tools, plants and necessary machinery as required to completely execute any or\/and following works within DMRC premises \/ scope in block\/non block hours.
a.) Works related to Rain water gutters with scope of designing, fabrication, and erecting Hot dipped \u2018Rain water gutters\u2019 using 3.15 mm thick mildsteel sheet after dismantling old gutters at all height & levels. The galvanisation coating shall not be less than 50 microns.
b.) G.I drain pipes to be provided with rain water gutters and in station shafts after dismantling old\/rusted pipes for all heights and levels.
c.) Providing & fixing un plasticised PVC pipes of 160 mm dia drainage arrangement at piers at all heights and levels.
d.) Painting of station louvers with Epoxy polyurethane paint after proper repairing, refixing, cleaning and preparation of surfaces.
e.) The works related to painting of view cutter structures between Lajpat Nagar Ramp to section between Kailash Colony and Nehru Place. The scope include dismantled of view cutter sheets along with all attached members, repairing & cleaning of view cutter structural members, painting of members and refixing of all dismantled members\/parts. Safety net is fixed in position where view cutter sheets are removed during execution of work.
